THE 6TH SKILL CONTEST OF HVS (November 21, 2022)

On October 14th, HVS held the Preliminary Round "The 6th Skilled Contest" in 2022 at the Company's Training Center and workplace. After a short break due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this year, with a spirit of excitement, our candidates went through the preliminary round with many fun and challenges, learned a lot of valuable experiences. This contest had the participation of 75 candidates with 5 contents: Hull-Welding, Hull-Fitting, Out-Welding, Out-Fitting and Painting. As a result, there were 45 finalists (Hull Welding: 10 people; Hull-Fitting: 10 people; Out-Welding: 10 people; Out-Fitting: 10 people; Painting: 10 people. This is the 6th time that HVS organizes a contest on a large scale to encourage the work spirit of employees as well as creativity and benefits gained when applying those results to real work. This is also an opportunity for employees to learn, improve skills and experience, have conditions to improve their knowledge, thereby increasing labor productivity and income for themselves, creating development for socio-economic development. The final contest held on November 18, 2022. Rewards:
