Implementing instruction of Standing Committee of Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee in building great unity house aimed at eliminating thatched cottage for the poor, Ninh Phuoc commune mobilizing board “day for the poor” appealed to benefactors in province for contributing to build great unity houses for the poor households in the commune. To display the spirit of “Love your neighbor as yourself”, HVS supported this program 100 million VND. Knowing that, this sum of money was given to 5 households at Ninh Phuoc commune and 5 households at Ninh Hai commune belonging Ninh Hoa district, in there 2 households belonging to HVS workers.
On September 27th 2006, the representative of HVS, cadres of Ninh Phuoc People’s Committee officially handed over great unity houses to the above objects for using. At the meeting, HVS representative congratulated the householders who had received new houses. On behalf of Ninh Phuoc People’s Committee, Mrs. Nguyeãn Thò Duø – Chairwoman – said “This is a meaningful action, decreasing a part of the resident’s burden”. Representative of the local government also showed deep gratitude to BOD of HVS that concerned and supported commune residents during last time.
