On 20/11/2006, at Trần Quý Cáp High school (Ninh Diêm, Ninh Hòa, Khánh Hòa), HVS gave more than 600 portions of scholarship to pupils of 7 coastal schools including Trần Quý Cáp High school, Nguyễn Trung Trực Secondary School, Hàm Nghi Secondary School, Ninh Hải Primary School, Ninh Diêm Primary School, Ninh Thuỷ Primary School, and Ninh Phước Primary School.

Each portion of scholarship for a pupil of high school is 150,000 VND and 5 notebooks, secondary school 120,000 VND and 5 notebooks, primary school 100,000 VND and 5 notebooks. Though this scholarship for each pupil is not much, it is a great encouragement to them. Most of the scholars are excellent pupils who are poor but try to overcome difficulty to achieve good learning result.

Located in Ninh Hoa District, HVS often donates scholarship to pupils and students in the local. This scholarship program has been implemented twice a year since 2002.
