With the purpose of training talented employees to meet requirement of job, the company has established “Junior Board†which is a group of excellent assistant managers and managers selected from all departments.
“Junior Board†consists of 14 members, divided into 2 teams, 7 persons/team guided by Vice President K.Y.Kim and Director S.H.Choi.
All member of “Junior Board†will be trained management skill in Ho Chi Minh City in 2 weeks. Besides, they will attend physical training courses in Dai Lanh and Da Lat and visit HMD. “Junior Board†has responsibility to select important problems regarding business strategy subject, then study and present the subject to the BOD at the end of the training course.
“Junior Board†has officially operated from1/3/2007 to 12/2007.
