Implementing suggestions of Khanh Hoa Labour Department and stipulations of Labour Code, from August 2007, the company shall implement the regime of allowance in kind for all employees. Even though according to the law, this allowance is only applied for those working in dangerous, toxic conditions such as hull workers, painting workers, machinery workers, electric workers, scaffolding workers… the company decided to give allowance in kind to all employees.

Allowance in kind is milk or bread and delivered to employees who have worked for at least 4 hours/day. Overtime snack is still delivered as before.
