On 29 May 2012, Delivery Signing Ceremony for M/V Kumpula having Hull No. S043 was held at HVS main office under attendance of representatives from both companies.

At the ceremony, on the behalf of HVS, Mr. T. W. Park , Vice President, signed the delivery documents with Mr. Bjorn Fagerstrom, Site Manager of ESL.

The last Bulk Carrier contracted with ESL - Kumpula has main following main particulars:

- Speed: 14.5 knots
- Length: 189m
- Breadth: 32.26m
- Depth : 18.5m

Successfully finishing this project, HVS is presently working harder for the remaining projects and ready for new orders from owners all over the world.
