In the morning of Sep 11, 2013, the naming ceremony of Hull Nos. S900, S901, S902, 3200HP tug boats were honorably held at Hyundai - Vinashin Shipyard with the attendance of the Representatives of HMD, class, and the Yard.
At the ceremony, the tug boats are named “Mipo 1”, “Mipo 2”, and “Mipo 3”
At the naming ceremony, president of HMD, Mr. W. G. Choe appreciate best effort of HVS worker to build beautiful vessel.
The main particulars of the vessel are as follows:
• Length : 32.5 m
• Breadth : 9.2 m
• Depth : 4 m
• Speed : 13 knots
• Tug boats can tug and push also.
