KEEL LAYING CEREMONY OF S088-S089 - 37.000DWT BULK CARRIERS

On December 30, 2013, Keel Laying Ceremony for Hull Nos. S088 and S089 were held at Dock No. 2 of Hyundai Vinashin Shipyard under the attendance of the Representatives of Owner, KR, and the yard.
S088 and S089 are in series two 37.000 DWT Bulk Carriers ordered by Hi-Investment & Securities Co., Ltd., Korea.
As the current production schedule, Hull Nos. S088, and S089 will be launched in April 2014, and deliver in June and July 2014.
The main particulars of the vessels are as follows:
• Length: 180 m
• Breath: 30 m
• Depth: 15.15 m
• Cargo capacity: 47,600 m3
• Speed: 14 knots
