On 17-October-2006, HVS solemnly organized the Re-delivery ceremony of Jack up Rig Tam Đảo-01 for Vietsovpetro to put in operation. Leaders of HVS and Veitsovpetro attended the ceremony which took place in satisfied and happy atmosphere.

After 180 days, HVS completed the repair of all items including renewal of 210 tons of steel, 10.200 m of pipe, sand blasting and coating of the Jack up Rig including 119.432 m2 of hull, legs… renewal of 4 generators, upgrade of generator’s productivity by 40%, new installation of crane, pump, overhaul of frame and drill.

With the success in repair of J/U Rig Tam Đảo-01, HVS has affirmed its ability and prestige in the international shipbuilding and ship repair market.
