Implementing instruction of the Party Committee of VINASHIN Group, on 20/10/2006, Hyundai Vinashin (HVS) Party Cell organized the 3rd congress of term 2006-2010. Mr. Nguyễn Quang Khái, Standing Vice secretary of Party Committee of Vinashin attended to guide the congress.

Since the congress of term II (8/2004) to now, HVS Party Cell organized a congress to come to the 10th congress of the Party in August 2005 and summarized all activities of the Party Cell since April 2004 to August 2005. At the congress this time, the Party Cell has reviewed, evaluated the implementation of its mission since August 2005 to now, made new plan, mission in the term 2006-2010 and elect new cell committee. Presently, in HVS Party Cell, there are 23 Party members who are holding important position in production activity of the company.

The congress has elected new cell committee of the term 2006-2010 including 5 members, among them Mr. Cao Thành Đồng was elected as Secretary of HVS Party Cell.
