In the afternoon of 10-Mar-2006 at the dock # 2 took place the keel laying ceremony for 2 first blocks of new body for Asian Empire vessel – 1st vessel in Eukor PCTC project 2006. Attending the ceremony, there were the representative of PCTC Dep’t, Lloyd’s Register, and ship owners. After steel cutting ceremony for Eukor PCTC project (8-Feb-2006), the shipyard promptly fabricated the first blocks for new ship body. Knowing that, the total new body of 28.8m in length, 32.2m in height, & 2,665 tons in weight will be completed in the end of April 2006 for conversion of the 1st vessel of the project.
