In the evening of 26th May, the M/V Asian Empire was cut into 2 parts at frame 117/118+200. The first part (fore body) was taken out the No#1 Dock and was anchored at Quay #2 in HVS yard. The midbody of 28.8m was taken into Dock#1 and to join with the second part of M/VAsian Empire. Following docking schedule, on the 27th May, the fore body will be joined with the after part again, completing the newbody setting step which is the main phase in the docking schedule.
