On March 27, 2023, HVS received ISO 45001:2018 Certification, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, issued by ISO, DNV. In order to satisfy customer needs and statutory requirements, HVS has established a new ISO System ISO 45001:2018, departments have coordinated with Q/M dep’t to carry out activities to meet customer requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 Standard. From 12 to 15 July 2022, 27 ISO managers of dep’ts participated in the awareness and training course for internal auditors about the system of ISO 45001:2018 by the ISO, DNV. After completing the course, the internal auditors of the dep’ts proceed to establish the relevant documents and meet the requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 standard within 3 months. In large part, the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 belong to the operation of the Health and Safety dep’t, along with the compliance of the dep’ts in the production operation. In particular, the content of the requirements "Employee Participation and Consultation", and the requirement "Hazard Identification and Risk and Opportunity Assessment" are the main requirements of the ISO standard 45001:2018. From December 29 to 30, 2022, DNV organization reviewed and evaluated the document system of ISO 45001: 2018 with the results of 5 errors that need to be completed to prepare for the next official audit. From February 20 to 24, 2023, DNV's audit team went to HVS factory to review and assess whether the entire document system and operation of the factory met the requirements of ISO 45001: 2018. Auditors visited each department, workshop and work area at the site to review the plant's performance. As a result, 33 errors were found that were not properly implemented according to the requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 standard. Thereafter, the dep’ts involved in the defects found took corrective and preventive action along with evidence submitted to the DNV organization.
