HVS SUPPORT KHANH HOA FISHERIES DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT FUND

On the afternoon of August 12, the Khanh Hoa People's Committee (KHPC) held a launching ceremony to support the Khanh Hoa Fisheries Development Support Fund. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Tran Hong Ha - Deputy Prime Minister; leaders of a number of central ministries and a number of domestic and foreign enterprises, entrepreneurs, and units.

The KHPC held the launching ceremony to announce the establishment and operation of the fund, combined with mobilization to call for domestic and foreign organizations and individuals to support and sponsor the fund in order to build and develop Truong Sa island district to become an economic, cultural and social center at sea of the whole country and a solid fortress protecting the country's sacred sea and island sovereignty.

To join hands with the province to build in the spirit of Resolution No. 09 of the Politburo on building and developing Khanh Hoa to 2030, with a vision to 2045, the KHPC respectfully calls on ministries and committees, central branch; provinces, and cities; corporations, agencies, units, business communities, enterprises, organizations and individuals at home and abroad, with deep feelings, gratitude, responsibility, actively participate in supporting and contributing, sponsoring funds for the Khanh Hoa Fisheries Development Support Fund".

After the call of the Chairman of KHPC, leaders of central ministries and branches; Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa; leaders of many provinces and cities nationwide; Domestic and foreign businesses, entrepreneurs, organizations ... have given support to the fund with a total amount of more than 26 billion VND. The representative of HVS, Mr. Choi Gyu Ha – Sn. V. President donated 100 million VND.

As a National Fund established by the Government, assigned to KHPC to directly manage and serve fisheries development; Investing in fishing port infrastructure items, processing facilities, fisheries logistics services, and essential works to prevent and control natural disasters and serve people in Truong Sa district.
