STEEL CUTTING EVENT OF HN. S540

On December 19, 2023, in the morning, the Steel Cutting Ceremony of HN. S540, 50K PC was carried out successfully with the attendance of Representatives of the Owner, Class and Yard.

S540 is the fourth vessel in the series of sixteen Oil/Chemical Tankers of 50,000 tons of the Mitsui Project, Japan. After completion of block fabrication and inspection, the Keel Laying Ceremony will be held in July and the vessel will be launched in September next year.

The highlight of this month is the Steel Cutting Ceremony of 115K PC, Hull No. S533 of the Thenamaris project will be performed on 27 December. This is the last event of 2023 and it will open a new journey for 2024.
