On 27/3, the company gave scholarship valued 45,550,000VND to 317 employees’ children who had good learning result in the 1st semester of the school year 2006~2007. Among the scholars, there were 174 pupils of primary school, 115 pupils of secondary school, 18 pupils of high school and 10 university students.

Scholarship for each pupil of primary school valued 100,000VND, secondary and high school from 150,000~250,000 VND/pupil based on their learning result. Each university student received 500,000VND. According to the statistic, Painting department had the largest number of employees’ children receiving scholarship with 102 people, second was Support department with 76 people, Hull 39, Machinery 39, G/A 29…

As known, scholarship policy has been applied twice a year since 2005. Scholarship is increased every year with more and more persons receiving scholarship. This is a meaningful policy which encourages learning spirit of pupils and shows kind consideration of the company to employee’s family.
