On 24 May, 2014, Naming Ceremony for two vessels “High Sun”, and “High Fidelity” were held at Hyundai- Vinashin Shipyard with the attendance of the Representatives of Owner, class, and the Yard.
“High Sun”, and “High Fidelity” are the first, and second Product chemical Tanker in series of ten vessels built for d’Amico Tankers Ltd., Italia. They have Hull Nos. S408, and S409 in correct order.
The main particulars of the vessels are as follows:
• Length : 183 m
• Breadth : 32.2 m
• Depth : 19.4 m
• Cargo capacity : 54300 m3
• Speed : 14.5 knots
• Deadweight : 50.000
Hull No. S408 was delivered in that afternoon, and begin the first journey, and Hull No. S409 will be continued to complete before seatrial on July.
