On August 19, 2014, Launching Ceremony for Hull No. S086, 63,000 DWT Bulk Carrier, were held at Hyundai- Vinashin Shipyard with the attendance of the Representatives of Owner, the Yard, and class.

S086 is the second Bulk Carrier in series 3 vessels ordered by Joong Ang Shipping, Korea.
The main particulars of the vessels are as follows:
• Length : 206 m
• Breadth : 32.26 m
• Depth : 18.7 m
• Cargo capacity: 76200 m3
• Speed : 14.15 knots

As the current production schedule, Hull No. S086 will be delivered in about beginning of 2015.

Next, on August 20 and 21, 2014, HVS continued to hold Steel Cutting ceremony for Hull No. S420, and Keel Laying for Hull No. S403.

And to close a successful August, our Yard delivered successfully a Product Tanker has Hull No. S409 for d’Amico Tankers Limited on August 30, 2014. It is the sixth vessel was delivered up to now.
